General Terms
1.1 Your booking is valid for 12 months from the date you made the payment any training or tests not taken with 12 months will be void.
1.2 No training or test dates will be given until your balance is paid in full.
1.3 Any training or tests missed due to your personal circumstances including traffic or illness will be forfitted.
1.4 If the instructor feels it is not safe to take you to your test appointment you will forefit your booking and we will not be held liable for any costs of extra training or the replacement test.
1.5 Any missed training due to our delay will be reallocated.
1.6 If you fail 3.a test we will endevor to get a retest booked in before your 3.b test. If this is not achieveable you will forefit your 3.b test booking.Cancellations
2.1 If you wish you cancel a course you must notify via email to sales@gsdrivertraining.com, we will respond to your cancellation request within 28 days.
2.2 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of making a payment. however, if you have received services from us within such 14 days, you are liable to compensate us for the service provided.
– Booking of medical check
– Theory account log in has been issued
– Theory, Hazard Perception and/or Driver CPC Module 2 has been arranged and booked
– Training dates have been sent to you
2.3 The following cancellation schedule applies to all our training courses:
2.3a If a refund is requested within 14 days of paying your invoice and you have not requested any services from us a full refund will be issued.
2.3b if a refund has been requested within 14 days but you have requested your services start within your cooling off period a refund minus £300 will be issued.
2.3c If a refund is requested within 14 days and you have been sent training dates as per your request that are due to start within 30 days no refund will be issued.
2.3d If a refund is requested after 14 days but less than 30 days until the practical training dates begin no refund will be issued.
2.3e If a refund is requested after 14 days with more than 30 days of your practical training starting a 50% refund will be issued.
